We have added more classes and times to make it even easier to keep your New Year’s resolutions!
1. Yoga Core Monday nights 7-8 pm. A great way to get even stronger and protect your back. We’ll use a variety of techniques, including Yoga Balls and Pilates-inspired moves, to strengthen, tone and get you back in pre-holiday shape!
2. After-Work Vinyasa Flow Thursdays 6-7:15 pm. This invigorating class is the perfect way to release after-work tensions and boost metabolism to get you through cold winter nights!
3. Yoga/Mindfulness Meditation first Wednesdays 7-8:15 pm. New research adds scientific credence to what practitioners have known – meditation actually changes your brain in the most positive way.
4. Sunrise Yoga Wednesdays 6-7 am. The perfect way to get in your Yoga prior to work
(maybe we should call it pre-sunrise for a while!)
