Summer slow down? No way! Prana is adding new classes this week, and all summer long!

  1. A new Vinyasa Flow class with Sharon on Thursday mornings, 9:15-10:15 am
  2. Two new Beginner’s Yoga classes with Michele Wednesday mornings and Thursday nights
