Learn to quiet the mind and reduce anxiety and restlessness with the ancient practice of mindfulness meditation, tweaked for the modern world. We will practice a variety of meditation techniques, including Concentration Practice and Lovingkindness. Each class will also include a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra/sleep practice). This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Meditation has been scientifically proven to improve health and overall quality of life, reduce anxiety and depression, increase concentration, and strengthen the ability to cope with stress in every day life.
