Excited to announce a new Yoga class at Prana to join our wide array of Yoga classes! Yoga FUNdamentals is an entry-level class that will bring a sense of joy and light-heartedness to your practice of yoga. If you have never done yoga before or are feeling that your practice could use a booster shot, this is the class for you. Led by experienced Kripalu Yoga teacher Dave Dunbar, you will spend time on basic postures and put together flows that connect the poses. We aim to strengthen, stretch, dissolve stress, and improve overall well-being.
