We love this photo taken at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA (where four of our yoga teachers trained).
Kripalu has a wonderful website with many terrific blog posts. Here is a link to one of them – enjoy!

“Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering into the quiet that’s already there. Buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.” ~ Deepak Chopra ~
Meditation has been scientifically proven to:
– Improve health and overall quality of life
– Reduce anxiety and depression
– Strengthen the ability to cope with stress
Tonight (Tuesday) we offer meditation 7:15-8:15 with Tony Lulek. This weekly class is appropriate for all levels of experience, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Basics will be reviewed, with lots of time to practice.
This is an adult class. Teenagers 14 and up are welcome!
Use your class card or drop-in $18.
Thanks to Andrea O for this recent review on Yelp! We’d love our friends to review us on Yelp, Yahoo, Google or Facebook!
“My children and I have been going to the Prana Center for years. I started practicing Yoga with Roberta back in her original location when I first moved to Holliston. I continued when I became pregnant with my son and Roberta created a Pre-Natal class for all of her students that were getting pregnant at the same time. (So cute as all of our children have been together in school for 12 years now). Both of my children have done theater at the Prana Center as well as attended Prana’s Summer Acting Camp. My daughter has been in numerous plays and the friendships made through Prana have been solid ones for years. Prana prepared her for High School Theater and soon College. In such a small town, Roberta and the Prana Center are a HUGE asset.” – July 2016
