UPDATED 6-14-16 – Thanks to you, we were able to donate more than $500 to the Angel Fund! What wonderful support!
Thank you to everyone who came out the other night to support the Angel Fund/ALS research in honor of our friend Bill Wechsler. Bill is the head of the Focus program at Holliston High School and beloved by current and former students alike. After 10 years of running to support the Angel Fund, Bill himself was diagnosed with ALS.
We will continue to fundraise for the Angel Fund at meditation classes Thursday mornings 9:15-10:15 am and in a future Yoga Nidra night. Stay tuned as to how you can help!

I have been a student of yoga at the Prana Center in Holliston Ma for 3 years now. I came to this studio not truly knowing what I was looking for.Let me say what I have found here is a loving community built on promoting to each of us- breath and meditation techniques/ strength/ flexibility/ balance/ trust/ compassion/ growth/ and inner peace. Roberta has surrounded herself with a fantastic group of instructors, each offering their own special teaching styles, modifications, and practices. You can chose from gentle/ slow flow/ core/ vinyasa flow/ yoga with weights / and monthly restorative. Try a class or try them all – you will find something that speaks to you! Michele Proulx

Happy Saturday! Did you know the Prana Center now has two classes on Saturday mornings?
For the early risers, we have the luxurious Slow Flow taught by Courtney O’Regan (pictured) from 8:45-9:45 am. Courtney’s class sneaks up on you, with an extended period of breathwork and centering, followed by sun salutations and longer holdings of poses. A great practice for mind, body and spirit!
If you prefer a more intense practice (or just want to sleep in), try Kathleen Snapper’s 10-11 am Vinyasa. Kathleen starts with a brief centering and gets right into faster, longer flowing sequence of postures that will wake up every muscle in your body. With practice, you will get stronger and more comfortable with the flows and feel an amazing sense of accomplishment and be ready to move on with your day!
Drop-ins always welcome, or use your class card.

Wow, we had a packed house Friday for our special New Year’s Day class around resolutions. The most common resolution – losing weight – resonates with a Yoga practice. Why? The regular practice of Yoga gets you in touch with your body, leading to more conscious eating and deliberate decisions about diet and movement.
The key is making it a regular practice. Join us for classes every day, at a wide variety of times. Yoga schedule here
