Welcome to Yoga Classes at the Prana Center in Holliston!

We warmly welcome students of all ages, fitness levels, body types, and experience to our Yoga Classes! Come visit our friendly neighborhood studio. There’s always space for you!

If you are a beginner or have physical limitations, no worries! Our experienced teachers offer variations and modifications. We also offer more challenging variations for advanced students.

Whether you are looking for gentle Beginner’s Yoga, vigorous Vinyasa flow yoga classes, relaxing Slow Flow yoga, or mind-body connection with a Kripalu yoga practice, the Prana Center is your one-stop Yoga Studio!

We look forward to welcoming you to the Prana Center! Feel free to drop in to any of our yoga classes, any time, without advance notice. Class cards can be purchased with check or cash at your first class. If you wish to use a credit card, follow the mind-body link below. If you wish to do a drop-in, cash or check only.

All classes are open to drop-ins with no advance sign-up required! We try to update this page every day. But that’s not always possible. So if you are doing a drop-in you might want to email robertamweiner@gmail.com just to confirm that no last-minute changes have occurred.

9:15-10:15 am Yoga with Weights (Roberta Weiner) – no class July 20

Saturday Yoga Classes

8:45-9:45 am Slow Flow (Courtney O’Regan) – no class July 28
10-11:15 am Vinyasa Flow (Kathleen Snapper) – no class July 21 or Aug. 4

Pricing

  • 10-class card – $135 ($13.50 per class)
  • 25-class card – $275 ($11 per class)
  • Drop-in $18
  • One-month intro pass for new students – $50
    100% to charity (our current charity is Children’s Hospital of Boston)
  • Private classes for one person, $90/hour in our studio or $100/hour (minimum, depending on distance) at your home or office, depending on availability of teachers
  • Private group classes, $10/person with a minimum of $100
  • Corporate yoga available – email robertamweiner@gmail.com
  • We are unfortunately unable to give refunds on class cards.
